Standard delivery is included in the price, sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you'd prefer 1st Class, you can select this at checkout for £4.95.

Orders are typically dispatched the following working day.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@synaxisequine.co.uk.

Unopened products: full refund.

Opened products: because these are consumables, we're unable to accept returns — but contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

If you complete the protocol and see no change, contact us. That is useful information — and we would rather understand it than have you continue without clarity.
