Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you purchase a subscription, you authorise recurring payments for the selected product and delivery interval.
You may pause, amend, or cancel your subscription at any time up to 3 days before your next scheduled dispatch date.
If a cancellation request is made after this point, it will apply to the following billing cycle.
If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
If a product becomes unavailable, we may suspend or cancel your subscription.
