These terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods by Synaxis Ltd trading as Synaxis (“Synaxis”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our website synaxisequine.co.uk.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. These terms and who they apply to
These terms apply to both consumers and business customers unless stated otherwise.
You are a consumer if you are buying for personal use.
You are a business customer if you are buying in connection with a trade or profession.
3. Orders and contract formation

5. Prices and payment
5.1 Prices
Prices are shown on the website at the time of order.
5.2 VAT
Our products are zero-rated for VAT where applicable under UK law.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

7. Pre-Orders
7.1 What is a pre-order
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product from an upcoming production batch before it is in stock.
7.2 Payment
Full payment is taken at the time of placing a pre-order in order to secure your allocation.
7.3 Estimated dispatch
Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7.4 Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch pre-orders within the stated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, or shipping factors outside our control.
7.5 Cancellation before dispatch
You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund.
7.6 If we cannot fulfil your order
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
8. Your right to cancel (consumers)
8.1 Cooling-off period
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days as a commercial courtesy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8.2 Pre-orders
For pre-orders, you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund.

8.4 Returning goods
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
8.5 Return costs
You pay return costs unless goods are faulty.
8.6 Condition
We may reduce refunds if goods are handled beyond what is necessary.

No right to cancel for:
- personalised goods
- unsealed goods for hygiene reasons
- goods mixed with others after delivery
8.8 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving goods back or proof of return.

We will provide a remedy in line with your legal rights and cover return costs where appropriate.

11. Subscriptions
11.1 Recurring payments
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments.
11.2 Changes

You may pause, amend, or cancel your subscription up to 3 days before the next dispatch date.
11.4 Failed payments
Subscriptions may be paused if payment fails.
11.5 Product availability
If a product becomes unavailable, we may suspend or cancel the subscription.
12. Our right to cancel
We may cancel orders due to:
- failed payment
- suspected fraud
- incorrect information
- operational or legal constraints
Refunds will be issued where appropriate.
