MCT oil acts as a carrier to support delivery and palatability. Rosemary extract and vitamin E are included as antioxidants to maintain oil stability.

Synaxis Core is based on the principle that omega-3 effectiveness depends not only on total intake, but on the form supplied and the quantity reaching the body.
Most equine omega-3 supplementation relies on ALA from plant oils such as linseed. Horses convert ALA into EPA and DHA inefficiently, meaning relatively little reaches the tissues in the forms used directly within cell membranes.
