We want you to feel confident in trying Synaxis Core. As this is a nutritional product designed to work over time, we recommend completing the full 90-day protocol before assessing results.

Your right to cancel (consumers)
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order under UK consumer law. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days as a commercial courtesy.

For pre-orders, you may cancel at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund.

Returns
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with seals intact where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of unsealed products.

Return costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at hello@synaxisequine.co.uk. We will provide a remedy in line with your legal rights and cover return costs where appropriate.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
